Terms & Conditions


Gear Ally is a third party service that provides products with monthly subscriptions. Currently, we order products from sites such as Musicians Friend and Amazon to fulfill our orders. However, we are not associated with any of these websites. We simply order the products for you on a monthly basis so that they are delivered to your door step every month. When you enter into a subscription on Gear Ally, you are paying the full price for the product (your selected guitar picks or drumsticks) plus the fee we charge to order and have them delivered to you on a monthly basis.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unhappy with our service or no longer require your subscription, you can cancel at any time. You have two options for cancellation. The first is to log into your account by clicking the “My Account” button located in the upper right-hand corner of the website. Once logged in, you will see a link that says “Subscriptions” on the left side of the page. Click that link to go to your subscriptions. From that page, you may cancel any active subscriptions you have.

Alternatively, the second option would be to simply send us an email to let us know you would like to cancel your subscription. You will need to use the email address you have registered with us and let us know which subscription you would like cancelled. We will then cancel your subscription and you will no longer be charged.


Gear Ally only ships to the Continental United States. This includes all states except Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping is through USPS or UPS and typically takes either 2 to 3 days or 3 to 5 days depending on the product you ordered.

When you order a subscription product, you will that product shipped to you on a monthly basis. This will be roughly the same time every month.


If you are unsatisfied with our service, you may cancel at anytime. Your subscription will be cancelled and you will no longer be charged. However, any products and corresponding recurring fees for previous months are non-refundable.


If for any reason you accidentally ordered the wrong product, received the wrong product, or changed your mind about our service, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it.

However, Gear Ally does not accept returns for dull picks or worn/broken drumsticks, unless you receive them in that way. In which case, you must let us know as soon as possible to be eligible for a return and full refund.
